Questions about the Gold service

How much does the Gold service cost?
It is priced on request. It depends on the property, the areas included and how often we visit. After the survey visit we send you the annual plan with the price in writing.
Will the same technician always come?
Someone from the team assigned to your property will always come, and they know the house and your preferences. We do not promise the same person every time; we promise the same team.
Can you come at weekends?
Yes. Visits are booked at a time that suits you, weekends included.
How do you keep it discreet?
Unmarked vehicle and uniforms, and full confidentiality about you and your property. We never use your home or your name in photos or references.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use biocides authorised by the Portuguese health authority (DGS), applied by certified technicians, and bait stations locked with a key. We choose each method with the people and animals living in the house in mind.
What does the property plan cover?
The interior, gardens and outdoor areas, pool and leisure areas, wine cellar, pantries and outbuildings. The scope and the visit calendar are set out in the annual plan, with a report after every visit.
Do you speak English?
Yes, in writing: by email or WhatsApp. Your plan and reports can be sent in English.
