When the recommended treatment is carried out, we give a conditional technical guarantee. The period depends on the pest (up to 30 days) and is always stated in your proposal, together with the conditions, such as preparing the space and following our prevention advice.

How do I know if I have a cockroach infestation?
The most common signs are: seeing cockroaches (especially at night), small dark marks (droppings) in corners and cupboards, a strong, sweet and unpleasant smell, shed skins and egg cases (oothecae).
Why do cockroaches come back after treatment?
When they come back, it is usually for one of these reasons: the treatment was incomplete (it did not reach the sources), generic products bought at the supermarket were used, new cockroaches came in from outside (neighbours, drains), or preventive measures were not followed. That is why we assess the problem before treating and give you advice after the service.
How can I tell if I have bed bugs?
Typical signs: bites in a line or in clusters on the skin (usually on the legs and arms), dark spots of droppings on the sheets, small blood stains on the bedding, a sweet smell in the bedroom, and small, flat, brown insects on mattresses and upholstery.
Do bed bugs come back even after treatment?
Bed bugs survive home remedies and products sold in supermarkets, so a proper professional treatment makes all the difference. We apply specific professional protocols and carry out a follow-up visit after 14 days to check that the bed bugs have been eliminated. What are the signs of rats or mice?
Look out for small droppings in hidden areas, gnawing noises in walls and ceilings, damaged electrical cables or pipes, greasy marks along skirting boards and gnawed food scraps.
How do you deal with rodents?
We inspect the property and identify entry points, place bait stations in strategic spots and seal gaps and access points. Where applicable we set up a monthly monitoring plan with reports for your HACCP records, and we give structural advice to help keep rodents out.
